利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、TAMI! Japanese Art（以下「当店」）が 運営するオンラインストアにおけるサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。 

 ■ 第1条（適用）
 本規約は、当店が提供するすべての商品（デジタルコンテンツ、プリントTシャツなど）の 購入・利用に適用されます。  

 ■ 第2条（購入・契約の成立） 
ご注文完了をもって売買契約が成立します。 
 ・デジタルコンテンツ：決済完了後、ダウンロードリンクをメールにてお送りします。
 ・プリントTシャツ等：決済完了後、製造・発送手続きを開始します。
  
 ■ 第3条（知的財産権） 
 当店で販売するすべてのデジタルコンテンツの著作権・知的財産権は、 当店または原著作者に帰属します。
 購入者には、個人的・非商業的利用に限る使用権を付与します。
  
 ■ 第4条（禁止事項） 
購入者は以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
 ・コンテンツの無断転載・再配布・販売 
 ・商業目的での使用（別途ライセンス契約が必要） 
 ・著作権表示の削除・改ざん ・リバースエンジニアリング 
 
 ■ 第5条（免責事項） 
当店は、商品の利用により生じた損害について、 当店の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。  

 ■ 第6条（準拠法・管轄） 
本規約は日本法に準拠し、大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
 
 ■ 第7条（規約の変更）
 当店は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。 
 変更後はストア上に掲示した時点で効力を生じます。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the online store operated by TAMI! Japanese Art ("the Store").  

■ Article 1 — Scope of Application These Terms apply to all purchases and use of products offered by the Store, including digital content, print-on-demand T-shirts, and other items.  

■ Article 2 — Formation of Contract A purchase contract is formed upon completion of your order. 
・Digital content: A download link will be sent to your registered email address after payment is confirmed. 
・Print-on-demand T-shirts and other items: Production and shipping procedures will begin after payment is confirmed.  

■ Article 3 — Intellectual Property All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the digital content sold by the Store belong to the Store or the original creator. Purchasers are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the downloaded files.  

■ Article 4 — Prohibited Activities The following activities are strictly prohibited: 
・Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale of content 
・Commercial use without a separate license agreement 
・Removal or alteration of copyright notices 
・Reverse engineering of files 
 
■ Article 5 — Disclaimer The Store shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its products, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Store. 
 
■ Article 6 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance. 
 
■ Article 7 — Amendments The Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect upon posting to this page.
